Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving their product. This period allows for a reasonable timeframe to assess the frames and decide if they meet your expectations. Beyond this 7-day period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Our refund policy strictly covers products returned in their absolute original condition. The eyewear must be unworn, free of any scratches or adjustments, and returned with all original designer packaging, casing, warranty cards, and certificates of authenticity fully intact.
To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team within the stipulated 7-day period at mongaopticians1@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of why you are returning the item, and attach clear images of the product and packaging.
Once your returned item is received at our store, our optical experts will thoroughly inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is found to be used, altered, or damaged due to misuse or neglect.
Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund within 4 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued directly to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
While we proudly offer complimentary standard shipping on your initial order, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs when sending an item back for a standard refund or exchange. Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
In addition to refunds, we gladly offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange a frame for a different style or size, please contact our customer service team for prompt instructions.
